3. After payment, please provide us via chat or email:
- proof of payment (receipt or transaction screenshot);
- sender's name, account number, transfer amount, date and time of the transfer;
- the phone number linked to the bank account.
* The sender's details must fully match the information provided in the order.
* Additional information or video verification may be required upon request by the security team.
* The use of third-party documents, bank accounts, or the provision of false information is grounds for refusal to process the order.
By confirming the order, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and purchasing cryptocurrency solely for personal use.
4. After payment, it is necessary to record a short video where:
- you hold the document in your hands and your face must also be clearly visible;
- a device (phone / computer / tablet) with an open payment receipt to our details is visible;
- also, your email with our official letter open, where payment details, request number, date and time of the letter will be visible;
- and say the following text in the video:
"I (Your full name), purchase assets on the Wm.Money exchange service, exchange number (indicate your request number), for personal use, using my own personal funds and of my own free will"
