- Requests in this direction are processed manually during the operators’ working hours.
- You can obtain the payment details in the support chat; they are valid for 20 minutes from the moment they are provided.
- Payment for this direction is accepted only from the Wise account balance. The transfer must be made directly from the Wise account. Payments made using bank cards, even if the card is linked to a Wise account, are not allowed. Such card payments will be blocked for an indefinite period.
Reserve Verification: Before submitting your order, please contact our support operator via chat (bottom right corner) to check availability, minimum limits, and commission rates for your city.
Payment & Processing Time: Cash is issued only after 100% payment of the order is confirmed. In most cases, cash is available on the same day, though the maximum processing time is up to 72 hours.
Locations & Courier Delivery: If your city is not listed, please contact our operator. We can arrange personal courier delivery to your address under special conditions (rates and availability can be checked in the chat). The courier will coordinate a convenient time and meeting point with you.
Banknote Quality & Denominations: By default, cash is issued in older-style banknotes (in good condition) and random denominations. Specific requests regarding banknote series or precise denominations must be arranged individually beforehand.
Rate Formation: The rate is calculated based on the MEXC exchange price plus our service fee of 0.3% for the specified city.
