1. The exchange rate is finally fixed after we receive the required number of 0 confirmations of the transaction
2. The rate fixation depends on the percentage deviation between the rate specified in the order and the rate on the exchange.
3. Minor deviations from the exchange rate are possible due to the rate parser’s operation within a time frame of 1–2 minutes.

Payout Terms

1. The exchange direction is semi-automatic and takes from 45 to 160 minutes.
2. Payments are made only to VISA cards of Kapital Bank.
3. Applications are processed only during the service's working hours.
4. Due to a high volume of requests, the exchange may take longer.
5. In extremely rare cases caused by delays in the banking systems of the sending and receiving banks, the exchange may be completed within no more than 72 banking business hours.
