- The exchange rate is finally fixed after we receive the required number of 0 confirmations of the transaction
- The rate fixation depends on the percentage deviation between the rate specified in the order and the rate on the exchange.
- Minor deviations from the exchange rate are possible due to the rate parser’s operation within a time frame of 1–2 minutes.
Payout terms
- This exchange direction is semi-automatic and usually takes between 30 and 180 minutes to complete.
- Payouts are made only during the service’s working hours. In case of a high volume of requests, the exchange process may take longer.
- In extremely rare and exceptional cases, caused by delays in the banking systems of the sender’s or recipient’s banks, the exchange may be completed within a period of up to 72 business banking hours.
