1. The exchange rate is finally fixed after we receive the required number of 0 confirmations of the transaction
2. The rate fixation depends on the percentage deviation between the rate specified in the order and the rate on the exchange.
3. Minor deviations from the exchange rate are possible due to the rate parser’s operation within a time frame of 1–2 minutes.

Payout terms

1. The exchange process is handled manually and takes from 5 to 60 minutes.
2. Payouts are made only during the service’s working hours.
3. In case of a high volume of requests, the exchange process may take longer.
4. In extremely rare and exceptional cases, caused by delays in the banking systems of the sending or receiving banks, the exchange may be completed within a period of up to 72 business banking hours.

*For the “Personal Bank Account” and “MONO (PERS) Bank Account” directions, there is a separate exchange direction. If you select this bank in another direction, the rate will be automatically recalculated according to the current rate.
