Deposit credit terms
- The exchange rate is finally fixed after we receive the required number of 0 confirmations of the transaction
- The rate fixation depends on the percentage deviation between the rate specified in the order and the rate on the exchange.
- Minor deviations from the exchange rate are possible due to the rate parser’s operation within a time frame of 1–2 minutes.
Payout terms
- The exchange process is handled manually and takes to 180 minutes.
- Payouts are made only during the service’s working hours.
- In case of a high volume of requests, the exchange process may take longer.
- In extremely rare and exceptional cases, caused by delays in the banking systems of the sending or receiving banks, the exchange may be completed within a period of up to 72 business banking hours.
*For payments via WISE USA, we have a separate exchange direction. If you have provided details for sending WISE to the USA, your order will be suspended until we receive all the necessary payment details and will be recalculated according to the current rate for this direction.
