1. Service Operation Mode

1.1. Our service operates in automatic and semi-automatic modes.
1.2. Orders are processed automatically and semi-automatically, depending on the selected direction and transaction amount.

2. Completed Order Status

2.1. If the status of your order is “Completed”, the funds have been sent by the system to the account details you provided for receiving the payment.
2.2. The time for funds to be credited to cards and wallets depends on the payment system and the bank.

3. Funds Credit Schedule

3.1. In most cases, 97% of withdrawals are processed instantly.
3.2. In rare cases, order processing may take from 30 to 90 minutes.
3.3. For some banks, crediting may take up to 72 hours, depending on the time the order was submitted.
3.4. Occasionally, funds for a single order may be sent in multiple transactions.
3.5. During weekends and public holidays, processing time may be longer — please take this into account when creating an order.

4. If the Payment Has Not Arrived
