Exchange Rules
The direction of the exchange is automatic and takes from 5 to 60 minutes.
Payments are made only during the working hours of the service. With a large volume of requests, the exchange may take longer. In extremely rare, isolated cases caused by delays in the banking systеm of the sender and recipient banks, the exchange may be completed within no more than 72 working banking hours.
Rate Fixation
Rate fixation occurs only after the transaction is confirmed and payment is received. The crediting of funds usually takes several minutes, but sometimes it may take longer depending on the speed of confirmation and the number of confirmations required for a specific cryptocurrency.

Security
Like all exchange services, we adhere to AML/KYC rules to ensure security. In case of suspected risks, our exchange point may request additional information without specifying the reasons for the check. This procedure is applied rarely and serves exclusively for security measures.
