This operation is performed in semi-automatic mode and takes up to 180 minutes during working hours (see the operator’s status).
The exchange rate is fixed after the payment is credited to our wallet.
The fixation is made depending on the deviation of the rate in the application from the exchange rate in percentage terms. Deviations from the exchange rate within the framework of the rate parser’s operation are possible within 1-2 minutes.
Security
Like all exchange services, we adhere to AML/KYC rules to ensure security. In case of suspected risks, our exchange point may request additional information without specifying the reasons for the check. This procedure is applied rarely and serves exclusively for security measures.
