This operation is performed in semi-automatic mode and takes from 30 to 180 minutes during working hours (see operator status).
The rate is fixed after 20 confirmations of the transaction by the TRC20 network.
Fixation is performed depending on the deviation of the rate in the application to the exchange in percentage terms. Deviations from the exchange rate are possible within the framework of the parser of rates within 1-2 minutes.
Security
Like all exchange services, we adhere to AML/KYC rules to ensure security. In case of suspected risks, our exchange point may request additional information without specifying the reasons for the check. This procedure is applied rarely and serves exclusively for security measures.
