Important Information About the Transaction
- Processing Time:
The operation is performed in semi-automatic mode, during the service’s working hours and may take from 1 to 30 minutes (in rare cases it may take longer), after the payment is credited from you.
- Rate Fixation:
The rate is finally fixed after receiving transaction confirmations in the network. You can find out the required number here.
- Immediately after the payment is credited, we will start transferring funds to the account you specified.
Security
Like all exchange services, we adhere to AML/KYC rules to ensure security. In case of suspicion of risks, our exchange office may request additional information without a possible indication of the reasons for the check. This procedure is rarely used and serves solely to comply with security measures.
