The rate will be finally fixed after we receive the required 500 confirmations of the USDCoin transaction by the POLYGON network.
Fixation is made depending on the rate deviation in the application to the exchange as a percentage. Possible deviations from the course exchange within the framework of the course parser within 1-2 minutes
Security
