The rate will be finally fixed after we receive the required 500 transaction confirmations by the SOL network
Fixation is performed depending on the deviation of the rate in the application to the exchange as a percentage. Deviations from the exchange rate are possible within 1-2 minutes within the framework of the parser of rates.
