This operation is performed in semi-automatic mode and takes from 30 to 180 minutes during working hours (see operator status).
The rate is fixed after 20 confirmations of the transaction by the TRC20 network.
Fixation is made depending on the rate deviation in the application to the exchange as a percentage. Possible deviations from the course exchange within the framework of the course parser within 1-2 minutes.
Security
Like all exchange services, we adhere to AML/KYC rules to ensure security. In case of suspected risks, our exchange point may request additional information without specifying the reasons for the check. This procedure is applied rarely and serves exclusively for security measures.
