This operation is performed in semi-automatic mode and takes up to 4 hours during business hours (see operator status).
The rate is fixed after checking the confirmations of the transaction.
Fixation is performed depending on the deviation of the rate in the application to the exchange as a percentage. Deviations from the exchange rate are possible within the framework of the rate parser within 1-2 minutes.
Security
Like all exchange services, we adhere to the rules of AML/KYC to ensure security. In case of suspected risks, our exchange office may request additional information without possible indication of the reasons for the check. This procedure is rarely used and serves solely to comply with security measures. Please note that the service does not accept payments from sanctioned and prohibited platforms, which can be found here.
